Jerezano style sea bream

Ingredients (for 2 people):
One 1 kggilthead sea bream
3 garlic cloves
3 spoonfuls of «CAPIRETE» Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 spoonful of «CAPIRETE» Sherry Vinegar
2 piquillo peppers

Preparation: Open the sea bream and remove the central bone. Slice the garlic and sauté in a frying pan with extra virgin olive oil. Add a spoonful of Sherry Vinegar and a few strips of piquillo peppers. Place the open sea bream on a dish and pour the sautéed ingredients over it. Bake for 20 minutes.
