1 rabbit, cleaned and cut into pieces
3 red onions, sliced
1/4 litre of “CAPIRETE” Sherry Vinegar
1/4 litre of Sherry
Preparation: Place the sliced onions in an earthenware bowl and lay the rabbit, cut into pieces, over it. Add the vinegar, wine, stock and bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 200ºC.
