Veal sirloin with honey and Sherry Vinegar

Ingredients:
300 g of veal sirloin
Gravy
“CAPIRETE” Sherry Vinegar
100 g of butter
100 g of honey

Preparation: Grill the steak. Heat the butter with the honey and Sherry Vinegar. Reduce and add the gravy. Pour the sauce over the steak and serve with some vegetables seasoned with a few drops of Sherry Vinegar.
