Chimichurri Sauce

5 tablespoon of «CAPIRETE» Extra Virgin Olive Oil
5 tablespoon of «CAPIRETE» Sherry Vinegar
1/2 onion, chopped
6g. garlic, chopped
1 red bell pepper, roasted
1 green bell pepper, roasted
20g. parsley
3g. oregano
1g. ground chilli pepper
2 cloves
1 cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper

In a mix bowl, place the finely chopped onion a peppers together with the parsley, oregano, chilli pepper, cloves and cayenne pepper. Then, season with salt and pepper and add the Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Sherry Vinegar. Mix thoroughly and allow to macerate for several hours, which will heighten the flavor of all the ingredients.
