1 natural yogurt
1/2 green pepper
1/2 spring onion
1 clove of garlic
4 tablespoon “CAPIRETE” Sweet “PX” Sherry Vinegar
7 tablespoon “CAPIRETE” Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Peel the garlic, spring onion and cucumber. Next, wash the green pepper and remove the seeds and filaments. Afterwards, cut all the vegetables in julienne strips and beat in a mixing bowl with the yogurt, sweet “PX” Sherry Vinegar and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Salt and pepper to taste and the sprinkle with chopped basil, parsley and mint leaves. Place in the refrigerator to chill.
