5 cl of «CAPIRETE» Sherry Vinegar
Freshly ground pepper
1 dl of «CAPIRETE» Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Preparation: Place the salt, pepper and vinegar in a glass and stir until the pepper and salt are fully dissolved. Then add extra virgin olive oil and give a good thorough whisking until the mixture is thoroughly blended. Other ingredients which can be used to prepare this vinaigrette include a tsp of mustard – to give it an aromatic touch  a chopped half onion, a cut up clove of garlic and a selection of aromatic herbs.
