SALMOREJO

For 6 persons.
1 Kg ripe tomatoes, 300gr wetted bread, 1 piece of garlic, one small cup olive oil, half a cup of sherry vinegar, salt, 2 hard boiled eggs, 100gr cured ham and 100 gr tuna in olive oil.

Humidity the bread, put the pealed and diced tomatoes in the mixer with the bread, garlic, salt, olive oil and vinegar. Then pass onto a large bowl and refriggerate. Serve with crumbed eggs and the diced ham. The tuna is also served crumbed.
